If you are happy with the recommendation
made, we will then proceed with a formal application for the
loan with the chosen lender. As part of our service, we will:
consult with you on the proposed structure of your loan
- estimate your out-of-pocket disbursements
- assist with any matter in relation to your
- review any financial statements or tax returns
prepared by your accountant
- read any letters of offer, valuations, mortgage
documentation and other correspondence received from the
mortgagee and/or its solicitor and advise you
of any proposed adjustment or other action that is required
- assist in dealing with the mortgagee and
their solicitors during the course of the application
- liaise with your solicitors with regard
to the establishment of the loan
- refer you to our panel of associates such
as valuers or solicitors where required to complete the
- ensure settlement of your loan in
a timely and expedient fashion.
